Shipping details
Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. The available shipping method, any charge for smaller orders, and estimated delivery should be confirmed at checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Request tracking details by email if you have already placed an order.
Problems with delivery
If your package is missing, damaged, or contains an incorrect item, email orders@lastreprx.com with the order number, a description, and photos where relevant. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Return requests
Contact us before returning a product. Do not mail a return without instructions. Refund and replacement eligibility, time limits, and treatment of opened items must be finalized by Last Rep RX before live sales.
